Ahead of Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam, Sportnieuws.nl is launching the brand new video series Padelpraat. Presented by Olympic field hockey champion Fatima Moreira de Melo and former professional tennis player John van Lottum, the show takes viewers into the fast-growing world of padel.

In a series of ten episodes we will work towards the biggest international padel tournament in the Netherlands. From September 28 through October 5, the world's top padel players will come to Rotterdam Ahoy. In each episode a famous sports guest will join the show, the highlights of the Premier Padel Tour will be discussed and the focus will be on the sport with lots of energy, humor and depth.

The first episode kicks off with Rafael van der Vaart. The former Orange international is an avid padel player and explains why he prefers the padel court to the soccer field these days.
