The absolute world top padel players travel to our country for this international tournament and you can be there from very close quarters, as a ball child!

As a ball handler, you are literally at the edge of the field. You help the game run smoothly by playing balls back quickly and make sure the players can focus fully on their game. It is not only a unique look behind the scenes, but also a fun and sporting experience together with other young people.

Together with EventMakers, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to make this sporting event a success.

As a volunteer, you will be part of a close-knit team and get a unique behind-the-scenes look. You can be assigned to different parts, such as:

- Visitor services (ticket scanning, visitor referral, accreditation)

- Matchmaking (track host, player coaching)

- Transportation (drivers, receiving and supervising arrivals)

- Catering (food and beverage support for teams and crew)

Qualifying rounds will take place on Sunday, Sept. 28 and Monday, Sept. 29, where players will compete for a spot in the main tournament.

The main tournament starts on Tuesday, Sept. 30, and includes the following rounds:

• Tuesday, September 30: 1st round
• Wednesday, Oct. 1: 2nd round
• Thursday, Oct. 2: Final 16
• Friday, Oct. 3: Quarter-finals
• Saturday, Oct. 4: Semifinals
• Sunday, Oct. 5: Finals

With the exception of the final, matches in the main tournament will be played in two sessions each day. A separate ticket is required for each session.

Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam will be held in Rotterdam Ahoy.

Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam is a padel tournament that takes place annually in Rotterdam Ahoy. During this event the top 48 male and female padel players in the world compete for the title. The tournament is part of the international padel tour Premier Padel and is overseen by the International Padel Federation (FIP).

The next edition of Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam will take place from September 28 to October 5, 2025. On Sunday September 28 and Monday September 29 are the qualification rounds. According to the applications, the tournament will be set up. This will in most cases be large pools of 6 to 7 teams and then another knockout phase for the winners of the pools. More information will follow four weeks before the tournament.

Small cameras for personal use are generally allowed. Professional cameras with interchangeable lenses may be subject to restrictions. Consult the house rules on the website for more details.

You are not allowed to bring your own food and beverages. Several food and beverage outlets will be available at the event site.

Rotterdam Ahoy is easily accessible by public transport, bicycle and car. From bus and metro station Zuidplein you can walk to Ahoy in just 5 minutes. You can also make use of Kiss & Ride. Next to Ahoy's forecourt it is possible to stop briefly by car to pick up or drop someone off.Special facilities are available for disabled visitors, such as sufficient parking spaces located right next to Ahoy's main entrance (the cost is €19 per day), elevators to all levels and adapted toilets.

Rotterdam Ahoy has 2000 parking spaces in the adjacent parking lot. You pay €19 per day for this. You can park here purchase a guaranteed parking pass up to two hours prior to the event. Without a guarantee, parking is subject to availability. Please note that it is not possible to charge electric cars in the Rotterdam Ahoy parking lot.

If you are dependent on a wheelchair, you can purchase MIVA tickets through the regular ticket store. Please note that you must purchase 2 MIVA tickets, one for the person in the wheelchair and one for the companion.

Your tickets can be downloaded from your online ticket environment 48 hours before the event. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to this environment.

To ensure that our visitors do not fall victim to resale and black marketeering, tickets for Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam must be personalized. This means that the tickets will be registered in the name of the visitor. After personalization, you can download your tickets in your online ticket environment found in your confirmation email. The tickets will become available 48 hours before the start of the event.

Wednesday, March 19, at 10 a.m., public ticket sales begin through this website. Pre-sales will start on Monday, March 17.
