House Rules

Applicability

1. These House Rules apply to everyone visiting the Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam Tournament in Rotterdam Ahoy.

 

General

1. Always follow the instructions of the authorized persons appointed by the organization of Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam. In situations not covered by these regulations, the organization or the persons appointed by the organization will decide.

 

Access to Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam

1. Access to Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam is only possible upon presentation of a valid admission ticket or another authorization issued by the organization. Authorizations issued by Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam are non-transferable. At the request of persons appointed by the organization of Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam, everyone must be able to show that they possess a valid admission ticket or other authorization.
2. It is prohibited to stand in, or go to any other part of the Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam Tournament in Rotterdam Ahoy than that part to which one is entitled.
3. Visitors who leave Rotterdam Ahoy during the Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam Tournament will, in principle, no longer be granted access to Rotterdam Ahoy.
4. Anyone in Rotterdam Ahoy must be able to identify themselves.
5. The persons appointed by the organization of Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam have the right to check anyone who wishes to enter or is in Rotterdam Ahoy and to confiscate unauthorized objects. Confiscated objects will be stored at the owner's risk until after the end of the visit to the building, unless they are legally prohibited objects. Control is by visitation and private superficial security search (POV). Performing visitation/POV at Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam takes place at the entry and exit control and within Rotterdam Ahoy when there is reason to do so. Within Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam we understand by visitation and POV: Visiting: Inspection of bags, suitcases, boxes and everything one carries. POV: Superficial groping of clothing, bags and possibly shoes. If the above checks are refused, the visitor will not (or no longer) be granted access.
6. The following items may not be taken inside:

1. food and beverage products;
2. dangerous items, including (defensive) weapons such as pepper spray and smurf spray, knives, glass and/or tin (e.g., perfume and deodorant);
3. (soft/hard) drugs and alcohol;
4. toxic, highly flammable or mildly explosive materials, fireworks;
5. skates, bikes, scooters, skateboards etc.;
6. (domestic) animals;
7. professional photo and video and audio recording equipment and so-called selfie sticks;
8. benches, folding chairs, backpack chair (or any kind of chairs)
9. and all other matters which, in the exclusive judgment of the organization of Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam and the persons appointed by the organization of Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam, may pose a danger to health, safety and public order.
10. Propagating (religious or political) beliefs, holding demonstrations or wearing soccer club displays is not permitted.

1. The organization of Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam reserves the right to deny visitors access to the Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam Tournament without giving reasons, without these persons being entitled to compensation for damages.

 

Recordings

During the Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam Tournament in Rotterdam Ahoy, no one is allowed to make sound, photo and/or film recordings or other visual material for commercial purposes unless written permission has been obtained from the organization.

The organization of Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam is authorized to make photo and video recordings for commercial purposes. By joining the venue you agree to this.

 

Rotterdam Ahoy

Calamity

1. Anyone who is in Rotterdam Ahoy must be aware of escape routes to be used in the event of an emergency. The use of elevators in the event of an emergency is prohibited.
2. The organization of Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam is entitled to evacuate Rotterdam Ahoy if, in its opinion, there is reason to do so.

 

No compensation

1. Attendance at the Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam Tournament is entirely at your own risk. The organization accepts no liability for any damage whatsoever.

 

Denial of access and removal

1. The persons appointed by the organization of Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam are authorized at all times to refuse entry or to remove from Rotterdam Ahoy persons who do not comply with the house rules, or who behave in any other disruptive or annoying manner.
2. Detection of criminal offenses will be reported to the police at all times. The persons appointed by the organization of Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam are authorized in such cases to make an arrest and hand over the person(s) to the police.

 

 

Change

1. Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam reserves the right to make changes to these house rules. Visitors are hereby encouraged to regularly study the Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam house rules themselves with regard to changes.
